CSI 5010: Graduate Seminar, Fall 2013
Objectives
This course helps new graduate students start their master's degree well. We will use the time do several things:
- See research presentations from faculty members.
- Discuss the expectations of the program.
- Discuss your expectations.
- Learn how to work well as a graduate student in computer science.
Practical information
This course meets Fridays 2:30-3:20 PM in Rogers 104. Attendance is mandatory.
My office hours are listed on my home page. I am glad to talk to students during and outside of office hours. If you can't come to my office hour, please email me to make an appointment at another time.
