The Status Bar, which is located at the bottom of the window, contains four different sections.
The first, and largest section contains status messages about the current program operations.
The second section gives the current status of the insert/overtype mode. INS means insert mode, OVR means overtype.
The third section gives the current status of the Caps Lock key. CAPS means caps lock on, blank means off.
The fourth section gives the current status of the num lock key. NUM means num lock on, blank means off.
