CellEdit32 OpenLibrary Method

Boolean OpenLibrary(String FileName )

Reads the contents of the file specified by FileName.  If the MergeLib property is true, the contents of the library is merged with the existing library, otherwise the new library replaces the current library.  Sets the ReadError property.

Return Value

False if the file does not exist, or has invalid format. True otherwise.
