CellEdit32 PlaceLabel Method

Boolean PlaceLabel(long X, long Y )

Places the gate-name place holder at the position (X,Y).  If there is no gate-name place holder, one is added.  If there is an existing gate-name place holder, it is moved to the new location.

X and Y are specified in pixels, and are relative to the point (InsetX,InsetY).   See InsetX and InsetY.

Return Value

Always returns True.
